My Alta HR has not documented information on my dashboard since July 2. I have synced, restarted everything and my fitbit seems to be working, but information is no longer showing up. Is something broken?

@RemM Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't see your tracker's data on your account. What are you using to sync your device? When does your account shows as your last sync? Could you share a screenshot of this? Do you have additional devices? Also make sure you are using the correct email address on the website dashboard.
