Altering target steps on versa

Bought fitbit versa couple of days ago and now want to up my target steps. Gone to the app and amended and synced but it won't amend. Anyone else have this problem

Hi @Candykate and welcome to the forums! Tap here for instructions on how to change your step goal. Personally, I set/adjust my goals from the Fitbit app on my iPhone, tapping the Account icon then scrolling down to Goals —> Activity. The trick is to 

  • get out of the screen correctly by tapping the Back arror
  • then sync your Versa 

Because I’ve had to change my goal several times while rehabbing a problem knee, I’ve learned to take the extra step of then going back into Account —> Goals and making sure the new goal is still in place. When it has not been, it’s been my fault for exiting out of the screen incorrectly or not immediately syncing. Patience is not always my best quality ... lol. Please let me know how this works out for you.
