I am unable to get the Settings page to load from the dashboard. A screenshot of the incomplete loading of the page is attached where everything is grayed out to the left of the page and links are inaccessible.

I was actually coming back to report that the issue had rectified itself when I just tried to access the settings again. I did try three different browsers earlier because I also thought that might have been the issue. In any event, it is working now so I assume it was just a blip in the dashboard.
