I've tried on two different browsers. It lets me select an image, but then when it tries to make a thumbnail, nothing shows up and when I click "done" nothing is changed. I've tried both png and jpg and the largest image I've tried was only 200kb, nowhere near the 3MB maximum.

I've been trying to change my profile picture.  For me it gets stuck right here:

I've tried a few times over the past few weeks and it fails every time.  I've tried scaling the photo I'm uploading down to 256px X 256px.  I get the same result.  I've tired jpg and png.  Same result.
