What is the time frame that Fitbit uses to calculate cardio fitness? Does it go back a month, two, a year? I started wearing my fitbit within two weeks of open heart surgery. My heart rate was very fast with frequent fibrillation. It has since stabilized and is at 60 BPM. How long will it be before the surgery period information is not used to calculate cardio fitness?

@ProfessorNexus Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Thank you for your inquiry. At this time we don't have that specific information but I have noticed that a month of data should change the data on your CFS. This more based on my experience so please keep wearing your tracker as new information will be used yesterday.
