Combining Accounts

About a month ago, tiles from my app such as miles, active minutes, and miles randomly disappeared. After deleting the app and then reinstalling it, all of my previous data from more than 7 months was deleted. After speaking with a support representative, he notified me that I have two seperate accounts. Is there a way to combine the two in order to regain all of my lost data? I find it very hard to believe that there is not a way arround this as my two accounts are off by a single letter (type-o on my end). Please help me out!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @bmccurr. It's great to have you here. I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. I'm afraid there is actually no option to merge/combine or transfer information between two Fitbit accounts. 

 

If necessary, as a workaround only, you can manually add steps to your Fitbit account by logging activities like Walking, Running or Hiking. In order to deactivate one of your accounts, please be so kind to get in touch with Customer Support
