Dashboard stopped loading

My laptop dashboard has stopped working. It will begin to start and then flash the dashboard and quickly shut off. Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me today on my Win10 laptop. There has been no Win10 updates, so Fitbit can't blame this on Microsoft. If they don't fix this soon, I'm just switching to another brand with better tech support. I've experienced tech issues in the past and Fitbit drags their **ahem**. This time of Fitbit doesn't rectify immediately, I'm out!

Same problem here. Dashboard takes forever to load then flashes off. I need a fix.

 Same problem as Dalford Lynn and others. Dashboard wont load properly and only flashes on and off again. When will this problem be fixed as I am waiting to sync my watch and update the info of steps etc. Not happy as I like to keep my info up to date. please hurry up and fix this guys or the watch will go in the bin and I'll buy a more reliable brand.
