Data export - 400 error with google takeout

My fitbit account is linked to google account. I've tried doing an export of fitbit data via google takeout and I just get 400 errors. If I have it email me a link I get a 400 when I click the link it emails me to download it. If I click add to drive it quickly raises the 400.
