Hi everyone, I haven’t used (or charged) my Fitbit in over a year. When I came to connect it to the charger recently It came up with the Fitbit logo and then what can been seen in the picture (see comments). When connected to the charger the Fitbit did not vibrate. I have followed all the advice on the troubleshooting page with no success.

I don’t seem to be able to attach a picture but Herne I connect the charger a broken line within a box appears on the fitbit.
