How to import data from a .csv file?

My Charge 3 is defect and I am waiting for a new one. As Mobile Track isn't functioning on my phone anymore, I cannot log data for a few days.

However, I also have a Garmin watch and I am able to export the data from the Garmin to a .csv file.

Does anyone know if and how I could import the data from this .csv file to Fitbit?

(Broken Fitbits One, Charge 2 and 3). Using Charge 4 and Garmin fēnix 6. App vs 4.16.1 Samsung Galaxy A52. Android 14

Thanks @t.parker , there seems to be no possibility to import data. I entered the activities manually.

Just a shame about the daily steps. Garmin is a lot easier with this...
