I am trying to find an email address for Fitbit but to no avail. I placed an order for a new Fitbit on 26 November 2021 and paid by PayPal however I have not received any confirmation from Fitbit that they have received my order. If I cannot get confirmation I will need to cancel my order.

Hi @JEastwood it's probably too early to get anything from them as they only work Monday to Friday. Normally they send you an email when the device has shipped. There is no email support, but you can use the chat option, which is faster. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
