Is there a way to log that you are in pain, and that's why you are working out less or differently? Like due to injury? I have some damage to the knee, from a fall. So I would like to make a make a note that that's the reason I am moving less. It would be helpful when you are sick, too. Or any other reson.

@Pandagirl, there is currently no way to add notes to the Dashboard, but you are encouraged to visit the Feature Suggestions Forum and vote for the suggestion there to add that feature:

After I sync my workout I would love to add a few notes about the workout I did. Who taught the class, how I felt that day, just a few lines. Is this possible if not it would be a great add.

I also would like to leave a note on my dashboard
