I see that this was "resolved" but I haven't received a weekly report since April 23. I checked my settings and my email address is correct and I have selected the option to received the reports via email.
I do receive the daily status banners on my phone and the Fitbit, app and dashboard are all in sync.

@ScottMelrose I had the same issue and had all setting set to receive, I contacted Customer support who reset my marketing and the types of email I receive from there end and I received the next Weekly report,
also some of the Fitbit emails have been acting strange with certain email providers have you checked the spam / bulk folder just as an extra precaution
this above my help but support can go deeper into this issue if you give them a call
