Removing incorrect data

I received a Charge H2 as a gift this Christmas.
Prior to receiving this gift I had notified Fitbit that someone else mistakenly used my email to register an account. Now, I would like to use my own account and the information from this prior mistake is my Fitbit history. I convinced Fitbit I'm a male not a female. I convinced it that I'm not 118lbs. What I would like to do is remove all tracking prior to January 1st 2018 so I can start clean instead of starting with a massive weight gain and tons of walking and exercise medals, history etc.

@BgrmTrackr, the only way the data can be completely removed from your account is to contact Fitbit Support and request them to purge your account.
