Sleep time is wrong

This past week my Fitbit HR has been recording my sleep as starting at 5pm and end ring at 1am but that is definitely not when I sleep. I have regular sleeping hours. I’ve only had this Fitbit since January so why is it acting up now??

@Lauralrh Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your sleep is being recorded in the wrong time. I would like you to restart your Fitbit HR and edit your sleep hours

If you're still experiencing the same, please reply to the following questions:

- At what time do you usually sleep?

- What were you doing during 5pm and 1am?

- Were you wearing your Fitbit?

- Which Fitbit do you have?

Keep me posted.

I reset my inspire hr and it’s still recording the wrong sleep time.
I got to sleep around 10pm-11pm and wake up at 6:45am
During the time its “stating” I’m asleep which is around 5pm till 3am, I am wearing my Fitbit and only take it off at 7pm to shower after my workout.
It’s completely off and I never had that issue till now which is sad because I’ve only had the Fitbit for a couple of months.

I usually fall asleep around 12 p.m. and wake up around 7 a.m. or 7:30 a.m.
The reset didn't fix the discrepancy.
