Yesterday I hit 12,014 lifetime floors, I have not received my UFO badge.

@KarenC7286 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to the Fitbit.com Dashboard as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry about badges here.

 

In order for you to get the Spaceship Badge (UFO) you will need to get 14,000 lifetime floors. You are very close to reach that goal!
