Steps got deleted

Something is wrong with my Fitbit/iPhone system. I have a photo of the data to prove it. I just don’t know what to do to fix it.

Yesterday, I got over 12,000 steps. I didn’t sync last night. This morning, when I did sync, it showed zero steps for yesterday.

However, my activity log for the day shows I made my activity target.

The Fitbit web app shows this contradiction. I have attached a screen shot.

Any suggestions?

@michaelbattat Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the details mentioned and the screenshot shared. It's pretty weird that your steps got deleted.

I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. I've noticed that steps get deleted when users have another tracker/watch, so when you sync both your steps could get override or they could get mixed and eventually show you less steps. Learn more about it by checking this article: Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
