@Brownebear Welcome to the Community forums, too bad it's not under a better circumstance.

 

Fitbit has not been hacked, but sometimes unauthorized parties do attempt to gain access to accounts using logins and passwords from another source. I do recommend changing your password to one not previously used if you wish to gain access to your account. For more information on this topic, check out this article.
