community from phone app

When I setup my fitbit it joined me into some communities which I can find easy on my phone app however I cant seem to find those same communities on from the website?

The two communities are separate.  This one is web based.

 

The ones on Phone are only in the app and not on the website

so the phone app is complete diff then the website?
