Can one enter recipes in the food log?  Is there a way to share a recipe once entered with other fitbit users in the household?

At the time we do not have any way to log recipes in the way that you mention. We do have a suggestion to add recipes that categorized as 'Not Currently Planned'. You can still vote for that suggestion to show your support.
