I have no idea where this icon to sync is anymore.  I use to know how to do it but now unable to see where that is.

On the fitbit.com dashboard, or would on phone app suit?

I think they took that away. Mine syncs automatically but also I can open the app, then my photo, and then it syncs. Or click on the device name if that doesn't do it.
