I’ve accidentally deleted my Fitbit app. My Fitbit flex has not been syncing since August 6 th and I thought maybe I could re-install the app and cure my problem. I can’t seem to find the app anywhere on the Fitbit website or in the App Store. Where can a find the app so I can reinstall it on my iPad?

It should be in the app store.  I think I have the iOS link at home (at work at the moment).  I will have a look this afternoon when I get home.

Thanks so much! I’m back; everything is working normally.

(It’s odd that when I searched for Fitbit in the App Store, this did not appear?)

I dont have iOS but kept this link becaise it comes up fairly frequently that iOS users cant find the fitbit app in the app store. I have never heard of Android owners having the same problem, so it must be an Apple thing.  I really dont know! Glad it helped anyway.

Do you have to get the free trial for premium?  Or can you just get back to Fitbit immediately without paying?

i deleted my app on iPad as it had stopped sync bing.  Up to that point the iPad had been more reliable than the iPad.  Will I get my data back as I still have it going on phone?

I have just had the same experience but don’t want to be signing up for premium!

can I sign up without signing up to the free premium part of the app?
