Adding calories burned

Today I added 7k steps manually because my Fitbit was charging during my morning hike. My total steps for today is now 18000, but calories burned is only 1912.

Compared to Yesterday, my total steps were 3380 and calories burned was 1756.

A couple days ago was another 18k day and total calories burned was 2528.

So I think calories burned today is not taking into account the 7k steps I added manually.

Is is there any way to manually add calories burned so I can match it to the 18000 steps day.

Thank you

Marla

@Marladans Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Yes, there is on option to add calories when you log an activity manually. It will appear as optional. When you type in the selected activity (in this case hike), you will see date, start time, duration, distance, and calories. Input the calories manually and they will be reflected on the activity. You can do this on the online dashboard as well (check picture below).

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

It's not adding the calories to the total calories burned.  It appears to be an ongoing issue which they are working on.
