Not in one instance have I read...my fitbit works great its so accurate...all Ive read are problems. Sadly this is just an expensive watch that tells time and date accurately only! As Ive sat here typing only... Ive "walked"....(with my fingers on the keyboard) over 100 steps. SO DISAPPOINTED. I truly wanted to be inspired to move more and challenge myself with my step count...Ive had health issues, this fitbit was purchased as a Christmas gift 2019...a hand help clicker counter would be more accurate that these products...its not just fitbit...Ive read the ALL are unreliable...especially when worn at the same time they record different results. To tell someone to reset and see if that works and reading an answer to reset 3 times in a row and see if that works is ridiculous. Fitbit counting while on a nightstand not on your wrist...for real...moving it to a place where it cant pick up vibrations...seriously this is not technology these are laughable same issues going on from what I can see for years, they havent improved technology laughable answers from Fitbit...ie Fitbit laughing all the way to the bank!

An arm based tracker that looks at atm motion will never be as accurate as a waist mounted device.
