All Lights are just flashing

Since yesterday after charging my Flex 2 all the lights are just flashing and will not sync with my phone.

Have tried to reset it by pressing the button on the back of the charger but nothing happens.

Can anyone help or has it just died 😪

Hi @Emma2301 There is only one more thing you can try. Let it run completely out of power and let it sit flat for an hour or two and then recharge it again. Fingers crossed it helps. If it doesn't then sadly it has died. 😐
