Battery will charge but when put back in bracelet it says its empty. Also will not syn.

I have had this item for 4 years....is it past its sell.by date

Hi @Suedley At 4 years old your flex 2 has done pretty well. Try restarting it a few times,but if that doesnt help then Unfortunately it has died.
