I have a flex fitbit. The battery will not charge. When I put it in the charger lights 1 & 3 flash and then lights 2 & 4 flash. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @debkhughes you try a restart to the Flex? From the description of the lights, your Flex is in sleep mode. You might want to look over the Flex manual and related help articles - click to go there. Be sure you have the latest app for the mobile device you use and the latest firmware for the Flex, which is 7.8.8

I get only one light. then it goes dark. have tried all charger connectors that used to work and none charge it. What would happen if I plug it into my desktop tower?

Hi @Mary19701974 I used to and still do, charge my Fitbits by plugging it into the usb port of my computer. Before you do, make sure there isn't any dust that might be preventing proper contact while on the charger. Also, age can be a problem, too. Sometimes these devices die. Try restarting your Flex a few times and see if any of this helps.
