Whenever my friend in PA invites me to a challenge, I get a message that there's a 21-hour time difference! I'm in CA so it's 3 hours! How can this be fixed?

A warm welcome to the Community @TammyTeach. Have you checked your phone's timezone settings? If you haven't, please check them. You can also check the timezone of your Dashboard by doing the following from a computer:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

I have this same issue! I'm Pacific time and most friends are Central Standard time. My time zone has always reflected Pacific but there is still a 22 hour difference when accepting challenges from my peeps in the Central Standard time zone. How can I fix it??

I have the same issue. Everyone is in the same time zone AND everyone has correct settings in their app and online. It’s really annoying
