Device not celebrating goal

Hi all!

Just got my flex 2, so far I am liking it lots, but of the two weeks I’ve had it and hit my goal in steps, it’s only done the celebration notification once.

The first few few days I noticed that the other daily goal values were set too high, so I switched them all to 0 and only put in my step goal (7,500). The following day it actually did the “celebratory” notification. But I blew by 7,500 today (and hit 10,000) and it never vibrated or lit up. I tried resetting the value to just over 10,000 and as I was walking with it watching the numbers go up in the app, it still didn’t like up or vibrate. Any thoughts? Please advise!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this inconvenience? Does your Flex 2 vibrate when you charge it? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your device and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Remove the pebble from the wristband and press it into the compartment on the charging cable. The pins on the charging cable must align with the corresponding pins on the back of the pebble to lock securely in place.

You’ll know the connection is secure when the pebble vibrates and you see the indicator lights blinking.

  3. Find the button on the charging cable below the tracker compartment.
  4. Press it three times within five seconds. The tracker vibrates each time you press the button. A few seconds after the third press, all the lights will flash simultaneously. This means the pebble has restarted. If you miss the light flash but notice the pebble has resumed charging, that too is confirmation that the restart was successful.
  5. Remove the pebble from the charging cable and insert it back into the wristband.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
