My Fitbit battery died. I charged it overnight and the next day it wouldn't light up. My phone says my battery is at 100% but it's not refracting on the devic . It's done this s few times. I think its defectiv .

Let me help you with your Flex 2 not working and thank you for charging it overnight. The battery level might be incorrect if your tracker isn't syncing (it will show the status on the last time it synced). I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.
