Device not counting steps

My flex 2 is not showing my steps, zero all day. Have turned off mobile, restarted on off blue tooth. Entered my exercise, that worked.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're experiencing syncing difficulties? Or when you sync your Flex 2, no information is synchronized with your account (meaning that your Flex 2 didn't recorded your stats)? If you haven't already done so and in the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.

It's fine now. I saw from previous problem last year how to rectify. Plug
battery into charger, press square button side 3tines within 5seconds. That
fixed it thank you
