Flex 2 suddenly stopped working

My Sister bought my Flex 2 as a present in December 2017. I put it on charge at 35% on Wed 5th Feb and since then my phone hasn't been able to see it. I have reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone, checked the settings for bluetooth, location and all day sync are correct, but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?

So have spoken to Chat support. They gave me a list of instructions and didn't even give me time to read and follow before they ended the chat. Still stuck with a pebble that is not working properly. Anyone else had that experience?

My flex 2 was put on charge overnight and the next morning the pebble lights were all flashing but it won’t sync or anything at all
