My Fitbit says 37 active minutes but exercise only shows a 17 minute walk. I always have far more activity minutes vs. exercise minutes. Why?

Hi, @Cbs2626! Check out this article on active zone minutes. It's based on your heart rate, so you may get credit for things that weren't tracked as exercise or more than one if you were doing something strenuous.

@Cbs2626   The Flex 2 has SmartTrack, the auto recognition feature.  The default setting for every exercise is 15 minutes before you will get a record.  A 10 minute walk will give you 10 active minutes, but no exercise record.  You had enough activity to earn active minutes, but not a record.
