Firmware Update error

Hi, In the UK and just purchased fitbit flex 2 to replace fitbit inspire 3. 

Tried various attempts to sync but continued error message - “firmware update error” 

Any help appreciated.

Hi @Cowshed the Flex 2 was retired at least four years ago and no longer receives firmware updates. There's nothing much you can do about what is considered a legacy device.

Annoying these are still offered for sale on eBay and Amazon if now defunct.

@Cowshed  the prices are incredible on some of these discontinued products. The Zip, which sold for under $50 new, has been on several sites for over $125. I've seen the One being sold for over $300. With Mother's Day and Father's Day coming up, you'll find new and current devices going on sale. When buying from Amazon, be sure it's an authorized retailer so you can get the warranty. On eBay, there is no warranty.
