My flex shows it is fully charged but as soon as I take it off the charger the battery drains in less than 2 hours. When I put it back on the charger it goes back to fully charged within minutes. Very frustrating 😕

Hi @MamaJen79  you can try a restart of your Flex, but it's more than likely that the battery is dying. The Flex was discontinued around 2019 when it was no longer being  manufactured. The internal battery can't last forever. It sounds like you need to check out the upcoming sales for Mother's and Father's Day. The Inspire series is the current device which replaced the Alta series, which replaced the original Flex series of devices.
