I have a FitBit Flex which I am trying to set up for my son, 10 years old. I have downloaded the app but can't complete the set up of his device. Because when the app asks which FitBit model he has, the only alternatives shown are FitBit Ace or Ace 2. (The FitBit models for kids.)  I can't select FitBit Flex. I haven't seen it written anywhere that kids only are allowed to use Ace. And the person in a store I went to didn't know either. i don't want to buy FitBit Ace for him, it looks too childish. And I don't want to lie about his age.

Sorry, but under 13 (in U.S.) can only be under a family account, and only for the Ace or Ace 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
