I charged my Fitbit Flex2 until the tracker shows full charge when in charger but as soon as I put it in the band all lights are red.
Shows full charge in the app.but it’s obviously not, since all the lights are red. I’ve done a reset, cleaned the contacts and made sure everything is in correctly. Any suggestions?
