I used my Fitbit daily, however today when I went to sync it, it wouldn't update but showed my battery at 60%. I went to charge it, as well as restarted the Fitbit, close and reopen the app, delete and reinstall the app, restart my phone, but it still wouldn't sync up. In the past, a combination of the previous actions would eventually lead to my Fitbit syncing again.
But after trying to restart my Fitbit, it seems like it won't even charge. When placed on the charger correctly, no lights come on. It's almost as if the Fitbit power won't turn on.
Has this happened to anyone? What can I do to fix it?

any help from fitbit support?
reading through multiple forums, its quite expected that the device will start showing after after 1.5 - 2 years.

No solution from Fitbit. Just told me to buy a new one, and gave me a site to purchase for 25% off, however that discount only applied to be selective Fitbits (did not include Charge 4).
