Hello to all,
I bought a beautyful magenta flex2 for me (and a blue for my son) and it is all day that I had so much truble with it. First it didn't charge for first 5h I did tried all pc USB, than my phone charger (Xiaomi Mi A3) for 2h and nothing. At last it did charge on phone charger for Xiaomi Note 7 in las than 2h. Than I tried to sync it with the app Fitbit. After 2h the battery was off and it didn't sync. I put it on charger again and after 30min was charged. I tried sync and nothing. After 30min the battery was off again. I am so disappointed. The other blue one didn't had this problems but it counts steps even thoug my son was playing PS4 in that time so it's kind not what I was expecting also.

Hi @SunsetRunner is this a recent purchase from which retailer did you get it? Could be you need to do a restart of the device, too. Here is the area for Flex 2, including the user manual - click to go there.

Yes I bought it today at Mobilmedia here in Croatia and I didn't get any respins from the customer service so far. I will try as you suggested, thank you so much.

Customer service will respond, but don't keep emailing them as each email puts you lower in the queue to get their attention. Fastest way is always to return it to the place you purchased it.
