Fitbit Flex Won't Sync.

Bought a pre-owned Flex, when I go to sync it the lights blink but don't stay on.

I have no idea what to do, any ideas?

Hi @thriftology  the Flex was retired a long time ago and was replaced by the Blaze, which was replaced by the Versa series. You can read more about the Flex, including the user manual here - click to go there. Is it trouble with syncing or the lights not staying on that is the issue? The lights aren't meant to stay on while it's on your wrist unless you tap it and they pop on to show your progress.
