My Fitbit flex will charge, but will not hold a charge longer than an hour. It is not set on "All-Day Sync" ad is not set on "Always Connected". It is about 5 years old.
Suggestions?

It sounds like it may be time for a new device. Batteries wear out over time, and I'm afraid that's what happened with yours.
