Fitbit Flex is dead

Hi, 

My Fitbit Flex 2 needs charging more and more frequently lately until it died today. It is only less than 2 years old and my old Flex is still working - used by my wife. 

When I try to charge there is no light. I tried with a different charger used by other family member, same outcome. I tried another tracker on my charger, it works. Hence it is definitely issue with my tracker. 

I tried to reset and can see the 4 blinks but it is still dead thereafter. 

Is there anything else I could do?
