Flex 2 will not respond and will not sync

My Flex 2 will not respond when i tap it, it will not sync, and when i put it on to charge it all the lights flash? little help, THANKS

Hi @hunter007  the user manual seems to indicate it's updating or it needs to be paired. Click to read, page 8. Have you restarted the device? It usually cures glitches. Let us know what happens.

Page 8 just said about setting it up and the app.. I've already done that a
while ago. Ive tried resetting it according to the fitbit site, but didnt
work
