I had problems with my Fitbit Flex and iPhone 5 not syncing as of 2 days ago. This version of Fitbit is no longer being supported. Call 877-623-4997 and get a 35% discount off a newer version. I got Fitbit InspireHR. Hope this helps.

Not sure who gave you this info, but I called them and got mine back up and running per my post another thread:
Call them. 877-623-4997. I thought I tried everything and it didn't work. Tech support simply had me "add new device" and now I'm back in action. Or you can try that option for yourself.

I just spent a bunch of time trying all the recommendations to no avail but tech support got me sorted out rapidly. Just call.

Exactly. Tech support was great, even for the good old Flex! Just one more thing..after deleting & reinstalling Fitbit in your app. do restart your phone once everything is done and Fitbit tracked is back on. None of your activity data is lost.
