Hi @Jaydee2386 Try restarting a few more times. Try different USB outlets or different power points to see if that is the problem. If that doesn't help it could either be the battery dying in which case you will need a new tracker, or it could be a charger problem. If you know anyone with a flex 2, try their charger to see if that works. You might still be able to find a flex 2 charger on Amazon or Etsy, though it has been discontinued for some years now. Best AnswerThe pebble itself is an issue nothing wrong with my charger as I gave a go on mums charger and it worked on her pebble and I used her pebble in my charger and it worked so it just my pebble is the problem. I have charged it three times yesterday as the full dots dropped to one dot three times and I have managed10000 steps so today the pebble is only charge to one dot today.
