Fitbit had one single dot

I put my fitbit on charge yesterday when I went to use it, it's now got one single dot in the middle I've tried restarting but won't work and on my app it shows it has no battery 

 

Please help

@Becky1991 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! That is very strange! How old is your Flex? Are you still seeing that one single light?

 

Can you perform a couple more restarts? Do three in a row. That has helped other users in the past!

 

If still nothing, try setting it up as a replacement device to see if it will get fixed by doing that process.

 

If still nothing, please come back to me and let me know! That way I can see what else I can do to help.
