My Fitbit flex is running too and forth continuously until the charge dies. Its not been setup on any of my phone/computer. When i try setting up in my computer... it shows as found new device and when i select -> my tracker dispays 2 dots for a couple of seconds and again it start running too and forth.

Pleas help!

Hi @Amalan  when the lights run all the way across from one side to the other, you need a firmware update. Have you checked for that?

Updating
If an update fails to complete, your Flex's LED indicator lights may cycle back and forth repeatedly, from left to right, and your Flex no may longer respond to taps, charging, or resets.
