Hey there @PressForWin, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'll be happy to help you identify your Fitbit tracker. Please, check @DramaQueenDiva's post here where you will find a picture of the different trackers that Fitbit offers and that way, you'll be able to identify the model that you have.

If you need more help, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out!

Help please... I know I have the Fit Bit Alta, but how can I tell which year ?

I need to replace the bands and some are advertised for 2017, 2016 etc. I think I bought mine in October 2018, but how do i really tell in order to order the correct fit ?

Thank you.

Hello @Heather1994 and welcome to the Help forum.  This link to the Fitbit User Manuals.  The image size is larger that in the older responses here.  Having the link to the specific manual might help, too.  Sometimes there is a difference in the charger that will help you decide.  You will get the correct time when you have it added to your account and synced with your phone.

If you still need help, please post a photo of the front and back side.  Also, you added on to a thread in the Flex/Flex 2 forum.  The Flex/Flex 2 don't have a clock face, so you can eliminate them.
