Fl;ex 2 is not tracking steps

My Flex 2 wasnt syncing to the app and I reinstalled the app, and restarted the fitbit. Its now syncing but it will not let me track steps in my app. I've tried making sure that my main goal is set to steps but still no.

 

Is anyone able to help me solve this problem.

Hi @Eminici @Sneesmom  I'd suggest you u install the app from your phone (I know you have just done this @Eminici , but do it again) and then reinstall it and log back in. Restart your flex 2 several times more and go and change your goal. If it says it is set on steps, change it to something else. Restart your flex 2 again and sync and then go back to the app and change your goal to steps and sync. Fingers crossed that fixes it!
