Flex 2 Recording Steps but not Storing Daily Data

My Flex 2 has not worked properly for approx 2 weeks now.  I have been unable to record my steps since the middle of December and I have tried resetting the device, Bluetooth and I have reinstalled the app on numerous occasions.  I am getting very fed up with it not working and I also am losing my Health Club points as well.

 

Please can you send me some details on how to resolve this fault as my frustration is now getting the better of me 😡🤯🤬

I'm having the same problem and think they've stopped supporting this product.

Your trackers need to sync before the app will receive the dates and record. When does your app say the last sync was?

Hi 

As per various previous emails the fitbit is NOT synching and hasn't since December. 

Also as per various previous emails it has a blue flashing light in the fitbit device

Sorry as per previous email the flex2 is not working right and not recording steps. 

To me this meant that steps where not being recorded by the Flex 2. IE: the lights never increased. 

If asking about a sync issue, without knowing the type of phone, I can really only point you to the Help Docs
